Shipping Policy

We work with suppliers around the globe. Standard delivery takes estimated 05-07 business days for items to arrive and express delivery takes estimated 03-05 business days to arrive. Time frame maybe adjusted accordingly to product.

As soon as your product ships, you’ll receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs of where your order is at all times.

Shipping time will start on the same day for orders placed before 1 PM.

Shipping time will start on the next day for orders placed after 1 PM.

The days mentioned with shipping timings are referred as working day only which includes national holidays, state emergencies and other religious occasions.

Only if a customer fails to upload or update a complete address of their own or update their address, before their product is shipped then the company won’t be responsible for loss of any goods or expertise and the customer has to bear all the charges. You can email us on support@shapze.com to update your address.

For Pre-orders

Pre-order means that the product is not currently in stock and you must place your order as per normal if you’d like to secure your item before the item arrives with us. Usually an item is restocked within 7 business days.

Please kindly note that, pre-orders can only be cancelled/refunded if the item is not shipped. However, if you wish to change your item to another item for example a different color you might be able to you can write us an email or DM us on Instagram @shapze. The benefit of pre ordering an item is that you will secure the product before it runs out of stock again.

Please note that dates are not guaranteed and delays may occur if you wish to pre-order an item. So please take extra caution when placing your order as we cannot entertain any refunds/cancellations/color changes after the product is shipped.

You will proceed through the check out as usual & make full payment when making a Pre-order. Your order will only be shipped upon arrival of the ordered Pre-Order item/s, usually as per the date suggested on the product page at time of order placement.
